Chimney Cleaning

We offer insurance approved chimney sweeping using power rods and traditional rods if required. After each sweep we smoke draw test the flue and issue a certificate for the appliance or fire which will be asked for in the event of a chimney fire damage claim to prove correct maintenance of the flue way by the owner.

An appliance needs annual maintenance to keep it running efficiently and safely. We have Hetas qualifications and 25 years experience in installation and maintenance. We use our own checklist to inspect your appliance ranging from rope seals, to glass seals to checking for working air supplies and correct fitting of carbon monoxide alarms. On completion, we issue you with a copy of the works undertaken, so that should you need to claim on your insurance you will be covered as all works are carried out by a competent person with certificates.
